Excellent Agent
I found over the years of having my property rented with Biggin Scott they were very professional. When I decided to sell the service was excellent. Tristan's knowledge of the area was excellent and I was kept informed all through the process. Tristan did an excellent job of negotiating a satisfactory outcome when I sold the property. I would recommend Tristan for the sale of any property.

Highly recommended
Tristan took on our listing at 40 Reed st Spotswood and achieved an outstanding result for us. His professionalism and dedication made us feel confident and at ease during the entire process. Continual updates on feedback from prospective buyers and how the listing was performing gave us great visibility on how things were tracking. Excellent local knowledge and has a great team
Local knowledge is very important and Triston with his team cover all situations. A constant update is necessary to help the vendor through this period and Triston does this successfully. Excellent and ethical presentation is definitely at the forefront to bring about a happy result for both vendor and buyer.

Best agent i have ever had sell for me.
Tristan ran a very effective campaign prior to sale and the communications were brilliant. I was kept fully updated if every enquiry. His auctioneer skills are the best I have seen and his negotiating post auction to close the sale got a great result that we are very happy with. Highly recommended.

Must use agent in the Inner West
Tristan and the team at Biggin and Scott Yarraville were exceptional from the moment we engaged them as our agent. They worked around the clock to ensure our property was made accessible to all of their clients and potential buyers. They did a great job marketing the property, constantly keeping us informed on what progress had been made and if any changes were required. Tristan and Rita worked late on the night prior to auction to sell the property prior to the auction. They were up late till early the next morning to ensure the contract was signed at a great price. Tristan and the team were honest, reliable and friendly and could not have asked for a smoother transaction.

Tristan's genuine love of the western suburbs along with his invaluable knowledge of the area and it's residents won us over at the first meeting. His professionalism and excellent communication skills were quickly conveyed, along with his obvious passion of real estate. Every question we had was answered promptly and in great depth.
