Couldn't Recommend More Highly!
I don't think I could have asked for a quicker or more pain free sale than what was achieved with Matthew. The settlement was so easy and hassle free, Matthew was a joy to deal with.

Professional agent
I rate my agent Mathew John very highly, he was very easy to talk to and very helpful from day one. Nothing was ever a bother to him and I feel he went out of his way to make the selling of my home a positive process. I would certainly tell anyone to contact him when thinking of selling their property.

Pleasure to work with
We are very happy we chose Matt to manage the sale of our house. Matt was easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the process. Matt was always happy to answer our questions and took time to ensure we were across the whole sale process. We would happily go to Matt again if we were to sell another property.

Best agent!
Matt was a great agent. He was really conscientious and was great with communication. In the end we were really happy with the price he got for us. He's knowledgeable and always made sure we understood each step of the process. I highly recommend Matt if you're wanting to sell your property.

Smooth process.
Matt had communication skills the entire way through without ever coming across as pushy. From the point of expressing to him my desire to sell to the strategies he used to finally get the sale over the line, he kept me in the loop the whole way.

Great dude
Matthew was super helpful with any questions and queries we had about the property, going above and beyond regarding offers and the like. Always returned my calls and responded to messages, and seems like a great guy in general. He really put us at ease with the whole process, so I'd have no qualms using Matthew as agent to sell my property.

Reliable, passionate agent
We've had the pleasure of working with the whole Tomasino family at Biggin & Scott Yarraville over the past 10 plus years. We first started working with Tristan's lovely dad Renzo, who started out as our real estate agent but became our friend. Tristan has continued the Tomasino tradition. When we sold our home in Yarraville Tristan was able to help us prepare for the sale not only as an agent, but also by arranging contractors to carry out some last minute touch up work. Whilst the property passed in at auction, Tristan skilfully negotiated a sale immediately afterwards for a price that worked for both parties. We've found Tristan knowledgeable, reliable and passionate about what he does. And he heard and understood our particular needs for the sale. Most importantly, he's a good bloke!

Would recommend!!
I purchased a property through Tristan in 2014. I was so pleased with the overall process and communication that we are now leasing out my property through Biggin & Scott. Tristan is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. This made the overall process of purchasing a house so much easier.
