Review of Amy McLachlan

We had used Amy in the past to sell a different property and were so impressed with her the first time that when we came to sell our family home we had no hesitation in choosing Amy and Buxton again. We were very happy to do so. She recommended quite different strategies to sell both properties that showed that she understood the differences between them. She was very respectful and supportive and understanding of what was important to us, and we were allowed significant input into how we marketed and presented the property. She was always completely upfront and clear in the level of interest there was prospective buyers. She was also very realistic in the price that she quoted the house as selling for. the house did not sell at auction, but that was in no way because of anything may did. After the auction she worked extremely hard to quickly procure and finalise a purchase in our price range, so i could not have been happier
