Ricky was very understanding and considerate of the process we went through selling a family home that carried 60 years of memories. He and his partner Dylan Taggart listened carefully to our questions and concerns and gave reliable and practical advice on preparing the property for sale. They were considerate of the fact that the whole family was involved at every step of the way and understood the need for clear and open communication whilst being genuine and respectful of the sometimes emotional process that selling an old family home entails. Ricky was energetic and diligent in promoting the property (for example being happy to arrange extra viewings and show the house to interested parties outside of the set open hours). He was always happy to answer a call from us, was prompt with information and at all times was reassuring and understanding.
