Our plan was initially turned upside down in covid, Scott came up with a different strategy.

Scott's knowledge and understanding of the market was exceptionable, he was very clear in his opinion whilst listening to our thoughts and always about us all being on the same page. The end result was the 2nd highest sale price in the suburbs history and going under contract in may 20 in very uncertain times. When an agents first visits your property and says i want the listening in January 20 but don't sell now lets hang on for best result. If you want someone to listen & trust, I can recommend Scott. My reason for competing this survey is to point out that honesty & integrity does exist and these people should be celebrated.
