We looked at three big name agency’s and Nats professionalism and honesty is what made her really standout. Other agencies were hardline about Marketing or price guides but Nat worked with us on shaping a plan and provided great data and solid market knowledge to back up her thinking. Throughout viewings and negotiation Nat hustled and worked hard to get us a price we’re really happy with and communicated constantly throughout the process. She took the lead on working with our renting agency to make the whole sale as painless as possible and after sale she went above an beyond to help with a miscommunication on last rental payment. Really impressed with her and Buxton as a whole. Highly recommended.
