Terrific communication and a fantastic result

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Rohan and Mitch on the sale of my apartment. In a slightly unpredictable market, I got exactly the result I wanted - and it wasn’t easy! Guiding me through the process of accepting an offer before auction and working with a first time buyer who wanted everything right, Rohan and Mitch made everything work for both buyer (I hope!) and seller. Loved everything from the flowers to kick off the campaign through to advising on an awesome conveyancer - Lynn Fraser also gets a huge high 5 - through to picking up keys from the agency who had leased my property (sorry if that builds expectations, but you guys really went all out!). Great experience. Highly recommended.
