Efficient, Punctual, uber pleasant and great problem solver.

Natalie directed the renovation and sale of our property. Starting one week before being shut down she quickly organized; power connection, tradesmen, interior decoration and conveyancing. At a distance of 100 kms from we were very impressed with the level of communication at every step and documentation was electronic and fast as well as accurate. All during COVID lockdown. Once restrictions were lifted, renovations were quickly finished and checked to comply with her high standard including decoration of interior to transform a tired but spacious unit into a glamorous apartment. We were happy with the price and have never had such a good experience with any of our seven previous property transactions over fifty years. Well done Natalie.
