Ku Darroch and his Coorabell sale

Prior to selling our property several agents visited our property and the suggested value was quite under whelming , in a fairly buoyant market .. Ku also made an appraisal, and suggested the aspects that may improve our chances of a better result …Hence we are so happy with the final price achieved . Hinterland purchase

Ku was one of a number of agents we used to find our home in the Byron Hinterland. Refreshingly there are still some great Agents

Ku was so lovely to deal with. Replied quickly to my Enquiry, organized an inspection as soon as possible, spoke openly and communicated the vendor’s expectations. Ku was transparent and direct and achieved and great result for the vendor as well as a happy buyer.
