The home offers direct beach access, only a short walk over the dune and you are on the beach. This area is a relaxing part of Suffolk Park with peaceful surrounds, while still being close to the action of Byron Bay.
The Blue Sky Beach House is a classic beach home. The moment you step out onto the back deck and feel the sea breeze coming over the dunes you’ll immediately feel relaxed and refreshed. It has been set up incorporating rustic, beachy tones alongside comfortable modern living. Set on Suffolk Park’s beautiful white sandy beach which stretches from Byron Bay’s famous lighthouse to the left and Broken Head to the right.
The heart of the home is upstairs and looks out to the spacious entertaining area and down onto the garden. You can hear the peaceful sounds of the ocean from every room of the house. The kitchen is a dream for anyone that loves to cook, with ample preparation areas and a servery that opens straight out to back deck and BBQ. There is a large 10 seat dining table on the verandah and two large luscious day beds.
The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed, lovely ensuite and a day bed which could be perfect for a little one who needs to be close to the parents.
Downstairs offers three bedrooms, a large bedroom with queen bed and ensuite. This bathroom could be shared by the two other rooms downstairs, alternatively there is an extra toilet and heated outdoor shower. The second room is the smallest and has a king single bunk bed. Nice and cosy. The third room is ideal for a family or kids room. It has a double bed bunk with single on top.
