exceeded every expectation

i originally was dealing with val who we were very happy with, but ultimately health issues meant that she couldn't continue, so di took over. obviously we were a little concerned because we hadn't any experience of dealing with her, but those concerns were quickly allayed. communication was first class and we felt that our interests were paramount in di's mind, and that's exactly how it played out! straightforward and pleasant discussions and then action based on those discussions and she achieved the result we were after. although we had to buy our next property through another agent (you can't choose who to buy through, can you?), we will opt to utilise di's expertise and charisma if we are to sell again. through the settlement period we dealt with a large number of local agents and i didn't find anyone who matched (or even came close to) di's respectful attitude to both sellers and buyers. for anyone thinking of selling, do yourself a favour and speak to di, great local knowledge, experience and sense of humour.
