Very helpful agency, great service and followup

This was the first time we had moved in thirty years, and the first time ever that we have rented. We approached Caine, and particularly Zara-Jane and Bianca, about the property. They went out of their way to assist us with viewing the property and then advised us how to apply to get the tenancy. Of course, we were successful, and since then, they have continued to help us; first by getting the property ready for us to move in (including maintenance and cleaning) then by helping us to get the few deficiencies we found remediate, and then by checking in with us to ensure that we were settling in well. Together, they made what was going to be quite a difficult process for us Into something exciting and easy (well, almost). We really do want to thank everyone at Caine for all the help they have provided us.
