Downstairs is my air conditioned living/dining tiled area and towards the back is my kitchen which has new bench tops, electric stove, and a laundry area.
Upstairs my air conditoned main bedroom leads onto the balcony, and I have a built-in wardrobe and tiled.
My 2nd bedroom is air conditioned and tiled but no wardrboe.
I have a small bathroom, shower only and vanity (which is new).
My toilet is separate.
My carport is outside my unit, I am close to the Peries IGA and other smaller shops.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RENT WILL BE INCREASED TO $480 PER WEEK FROM THE 7TH JULY 2026
