Sold property in the first week at the listed price

Jimmy was very positive and professional. He had quickly researched the property and market in the area, and presented a plan of sale. An offer was received for the price asked at the first open home. I went with a company with no up front charges as I thought they would be more motivated to sell, and he certainly was. I would sell (or buy) with him again.
