Thank You Andy

I did not really believe that this property would sell at this time and for the price achieved. We were about to pull the plug and wait a few more years before trying again but Andy persevered and got it over the line. This is a really stressful period of our lives but Andy was respectful of our wishes and worked around us and our quirks. He contacted us when necessary but did not constantly bug us or feed us bullshit. After six years of dealing with Real Estate Agents and developers and three year contracts I am really over the whole process. He also actually lives in the area (for years) so has vast knowledge to utilize on a sellers behalf. So Thank You Andy, very glad we went with you this time. Stay safe and best of luck for the future.
