First Class Service

Simar from Capital & Co. Real Estate has been excellent, from the initial phase of requesting a rental appraisal right through to it being leased to a tenant. The property had only just been constructed and available mid December, then Simar was able to arrange the professional photography, and listing before Christmas. She vetted the applications and found a tenant before New Year, amazing. While we had contacted other agents servicing the Mickleham area we found them slow and not providing the quality of service we were looking for in a property manager. We certainly recommend Simar and Capital & Co. Real Estate.
