Hi, just writing this as I believe we should Always appreciate good things. I live in Sydney and need to sale my new home which was not even fully completed. Robin helped me to do complete all construction inspections as I was stuck in Sydney due to Covid. He helped me to find landscaping/fencing guys at very reasonable price then also did follow up. Grab keys from builder office in city and many more. Most of other agents were asking advance money before sign contract but I was bit concerned bkz of COVID 19, if they can’t find right buyer then I might loose money . Robin assured me that he won’t charge any money until he sell the proper. We found right buyer in 1 day. Most of the Tine agents very busy and hard to follow them. But I this case , he never let me down , always pick phone on first ring.. So in nutshell, charge reasonable fee, quick response, help to bring every thing under umbrella specially when customers live interstate.. what else a customer can aspects.. highly recommended.. wish you all the best robin.. we had very smooth transition
