Relax and leave the rest .......

I engaged Oonagh Lisle to sell my property in Shenton Park, whilst I was still living in Queensland and had not yet relocated back to Perth. I chose Oonagh based on her excellent selling statistics as the ‘no. 1 agent’ for the Shenton Park precinct. However, Oonagh sets herself apart from other agents in that she is also a Shenton Park local and knows the suburb and its jewels intimately! I travelled to Perth to prepare the property for sale with a ‘hit-list’ that we had both agreed on. I was also given assistance by the Caporn Young team and Oonagh in finding reliable tradespersons, where I needed them to prepare the property. Once I went back to Brisbane; Oonagh personally left ‘no stone un-turned’ and completed all the little things that I was unable to do personally, given I was interstate at the time. In fact, she even paid for a tradesperson to do a small job out of her own pocket, and was not concerned as to when I was able to reimburse her and she waited until I was relocated back to Perth and only at my insistence I pay ! If I had known that working with Oonagh was going to take the pressure off being a seller (located interstate), I would have started the sales process a lot earlier, but I did not think it would it be possible to have someone so trustworthy, reliable and professional in every aspect of the sales campaign. My property was successfully sold, but what was nice about the transaction is that the entire Caporn Young Team believed in Oonagh’s abilities and never at any stage throughout the campaign doubted that she would not be able to successfully sell the property. In a tough declining Perth market, one employee commented to me ‘If anyone can do it, Oonagh can’! I found this to be a very refreshing attitude that is demonstrated by the professionalism that exists within the entire CY Team (sales or leasing) and I highly recommend their services to any potential buyer, seller, or home owner requiring leasing assistance.
