Cara, her team, and her process, make great outcomes.

Cara’s professionalism, knowledge and process, gave me the confidence to sign with her, for the sale of our property. Then we came to meet several of her team who were equally personable and efficient. The “process” started, and ran smoothly, with dedicated team members guiding each step - declutter, staging, photography, to open-house. Cara attended each open-house personally, supporting her team members who were always present also. We were very happy with the sale price achieved, and contract terms, which included a sell/buy contemporaneous settlement date. Then our focus turned to finding a new home - even though we had been looking the whole time. Once again Cara was instrumental in assisting us to achieve a great result. Ultimately, Cara achieved the contemporaneous settlement of 5 properties to complete our sale - selling the properties of our buyers, their buyers, our property, the property we purchased, and our seller’s new property. A massive logistical effort, with a truly sensational result for everyone involved ! If I was going to sell again, I would use Cara and her team again -in a heart beat.
