Hot market requires a good agent

We knew we wanted the property as soon as we saw it, however we were concerned as the viewing was packed and the market was hot. Adam was calm and patient and navigated us through the negotiation process without concern. His guidance ensured we got the property off the market quickly and within budget - a win win for us and the vendor. Without Adam's support we would still be viewing houses each weekend. Exceptional Agent - Highly recommend Janice Dunn & her team

I could not be more pleased with the sale of my property in Mount Eliza. I had relocated to the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, & being a single mum, it was difficult for me to get to the property on a regular basis. Janice and her team took care of everything!
