Excellent professional service

Braith sold my unit during a challenging market period and within the timeframe and price point proposed in his market strategy. And if I’m being honest I thought perhaps it was a little ambitious - but proof is in the pudding - and testament to his professional expertise and market knowledge. Braith’s presentation video was exceptional. I received complementary feedback from friends and family. Open days were well attended which I attribute to Braith’s diligence and engagement with prospective buyers. Braith’s engaging manner I am sure contributed to return visits. I particularly valued his personal attention to detail and ensuring the unit was always well presented and on point. It was wonderful to have his assistance in sourcing trades for any minor repairs. I also appreciated how Braith would fill me in about other properties selling in the area and how he would recommend adjusting viewing times so as maximise interest and opportunity. Needless to say, I was kept well informed throughout the campaign - it was just great not having to second guess anything or have to chase him up on what was happening or should be happening. Braith’s relaxed demeanour and open communication is wonderful - certainly kept my anxiety levels at bay. It is with pleasure and a big thank you that I write this review.
