Professional, honest and made the selling process so easy

If you are selling your property don't even bother with getting quotes or interviewing other agents. Kathy Caruana is hands down the best agent in the area. She made the process so easy from the moment we met till the sale was complete. Kathy has been in the area a long time and knows her stuff. In our first meeting she showed me sales in the area that were comparable to my apartment. Other agents had information on houses, villas, development sites etc. - information that was totally irrelevant. She didn't just tell me how much she could sell the unit for, she showed me facts. Kathy suggested a couple of changes to the unit and put me in contact with a great (and affordable) stylist and worked with the photographer to show potential buyers the great assets of the apartment. We sold in less than 3 weeks for a record price.
