Colin’s efforts achieved an amazing result. He was approachable always responsive and more importantly gave a step by step outline of his sale strategy. He was always so positive after each open house, providing constructive advice and was available for any questions that arise. He is confident and knowledgeable about the market this knowledge was so useful for potential purchasers as well. Throughout the process I was so pleased that Colin was acting on our behalf. Leading up to auction he was calm and clear outlining both the legal and the step by step stages of an auction.
