A sale that I was always confident would be successful

From the first meeting with Neil, I felt I had made a perfect decision. I was confident he had my best interests in mind. I as an executor was charged with selling a property where beneficiaries were less than cooperative and highly suspect of my every action no matter how simple or appropriate to achieving the best outcome for all.
