A chance meeting ended in our perfect apartment.

After selling our home with the intention of buying a 'lock and leave', we initially met Simone at a viewing of an apartment within another Celsius development. Simone was incredibly patient in assisting us in submitting an (unsuccessful) offer for that apartment, providing good counsel in a heated market that demanded quick decisions. Her ability to so quickly understand our needs resulted in her suggesting the development we now reside. Her honesty and professionalism in helping us consider a number of apartment options within the development was appreciated and invaluable. Upon acceptance of our offer, her ongoing communication during the remainder of the construction period was timely and honest. Even though timing may not always have been what we wanted, Simone kept us fully informed of expected access - invaluable as we got close to completion and needed access for our finishing trades. Now fully moved into our apartment we couldn't be happier, both with the development itself and importantly, the choice of apartment which Simone helped guide us to. Simone's ability to understand our needs so clearly and quickly was crucial to such a happy ending. A decision to downsize for the first time can be challenging, but with the support of Simone (and the broader Celsius team) it was far easier than we could have expected. Thank you Simone.
