Genuine Great Guy and Agent

Normally you find that agents are out there only for the seller and don't give a hoot about the buyer. I found Vince very unique in that he actually cares about the buyers as well, even after you've signed the contract. He tried to tap into what I was really looking for at the beginning but being so distrustful of real estate agents, I was very reluctant to tell him anything and preferred to look around on my own. In hindsight, had I told him exactly what I was looking for, he would have saved me time because I feel he would have put before me a number of properties that fitted into that category straight up, rather than me sifting and sorting the ones that I had already chosen. He didn't try to push anything on me and wasn't 'in your face' pushing you to buy something or pushing 'just anything' on you to get a sale as I find with most real estates. Anything I requested, even after signing the contract, he was straight onto to, resolving my queries in the quickest timeframe possible. I found him to be most helpful and caring throughout the whole process and definitely would use his services again. Except next time, I will advise him exactly what I want and then sit back and have an armchair ride while he does all the work.
