Found her easy to deal with, explained everything well.

Initially there was little interest with open houses - suggested maybe the house may have been listed a bit overpriced for that area. However following discussion, it was re-listed at a lower price. The big game changer we felt was once the property was listed on facebook, there were 4 inspections in less than 2 weeks, and property was sold.
