•Frank has a wealth of history in Quakers Hill and surrounds. I first met him back in 2007 when looking to move into Quakers Hill. He left a good impression, so I invited him around to give an appraisal when looking to sell in 2022. Of the agents who had the opportunity to appraise, he struck me as the most straight forward and ethical. The market dived after the Covid boom so I changed tack, put the property up for rent and he was the leasing agent. He went the extra mile in finding the right tenant and even helped move items out of the house so photos could be done. I was rushing to move interstate and was running short on time. As soon as the market recovered, I was happy to sign with Frank for the sale. I was overseas at the time and this was my first house sale. My home residence was interstate. Frank ensured the rental check-out was smooth, worked with me around northern hemisphere time zones, liaised with relevant contractors, kept me well informed when I was back in Australia and basically did whatever was necessary to get the job done. I was thoroughly impressed with Frank through the entire sales process. He went the extra mile, even getting his hands dirty moving stuff out for council pick-up. He played with a straight bat and gave an honest, rather than bloated, assessment of the property's sale value. The end result was excellent and Frank's hard work and ethical approach was a big part of that. If I had another property in the area, I'd use Frank again.
