Great Communicator

Tom has been been very patient, flexible and understanding throughout our dealings. We have had some hiccups along the way and he was very helpful and made the process a little less stressful. We are particularly impressed with his level of communication. You never have to wait long to receive a return phone call or message. He has never been late for an appointment and always endeavors to make you feel relaxed and comfortable when viewing a property. Nothing is ever a problem and he always has a positive attitude.
