As a first time seller, I was not familiar with the terminology or how I go about selling my investment property. Right away Kieran was incredibly friendly and took time to come out to my workplace to discuss what the next steps will be in the process which I greatly appreciated. As the property I was selling was currently tenanted Kieran was very proactive in introducing himself immediately to my tenant and making her feel comfortable and kept everyone informed throughout the process. Throughout the open houses Kieran was also willing to accommodate potential buyers out of scheduled times. I believe Kieran’s expertise helped tremendously in securing a good result.
