Oriella is highly motivated and experienced in all aspects of property management with 14 years experience behind her. Because of her experience she can deal with the many varied tasks that come with being a Property Manager. She is dedicated in providing high levels of customer service and achieving the best results for her clients. Oriella is a proud mother of two and when not at work Ioves spending quality time with family and friends and making memories. Her upbringing in the western suburbs provides her with an extensive knowledge of the local area. She owns her own investment properties therefore understands what tenants and landlords need and also understands the joys and stresses of owing an investment properties. Rachel has three years of experience in the real estate industry, during which she has developed strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of property management processes. She assists with the day-to-day operations of the property management portfolio, supports both landlords and tenants, and ensures properties are managed efficiently in line with best practices. Rachel is well equipped to handle the varied and fast-paced responsibilities that come with a property management role. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her partner, visiting family in the country, going to the gym, reading, and making the most of her downtime whenever possible.
