Very happy and would choose John again

I was very happy with John and the outcome he achieved for the sale of my property and would approach him again in future. John made an effort to understand my needs and was willing to work with me to accommodate my marketing preferences and so on (he didn’t try pushing unnecessary extras I didn’t really need). He has a thorough knowledge of the local area and hits the communication sweet spot: enough to keep me informed but not spamming me on every channel when I don’t reply right away. I found John to be proactive, keeping me updated on the developing offers on the property (an exciting time!) and providing good advice on which offer to accept (that I acted on). No regrets and no negatives.
