We couldn't be more happy with Sandy! What an amazing agent but an even more amazing lady!

We want to thank Sandy Ward for getting myself and my family our perfect house. We had lost out on another two houses just prior to getting our home by the way most real estate agents work... (the bidding war) we didn't have a very high budget and the way Sandy works we believe works best for both parties, Its fair and you have the chance to do your best bid and if you end up not being the highest bidder you know you tried your very best. It was so much less stressful and fair and we can't thank Sandy enough! Sandy was always there through the 6 weeks cooling off period for any questions and is more like a dear friend to us then an agent.
