Review as a seller and buyer

Sandy was good at replying to emails/messages. Would have liked more advice on the strategy we used and negotiating the offer. Felt unnecessary pressure for early possession of garage and way it was approached. This was resolved when informed done formally via signed documents. Appreciated the numerous showings and open communication regarding vendors price expectations. Felt unnecessary repeated request for later settlement date. Otherwise a quick and easy process.
