I'm sorry to have wasted your time, this house is big, probably too big for you. You're going to have to buy more furniture to fill it that could cost a fortune!!! And then there's the cleaning, your going to need an army of professional cleaners on a weekly basis. Who wants or even needs all that space. What do you put in a games area, now you have to buy a pool table, this is all too hard...
Two lounges, are you kidding me, one gets messy enough, and why is the second one sooooo big. That open plan family sitting, kitchen, dining and games is ridiculous. I will need a megaphone to yell at the kids. The master bedroom, WHAT!!!! There's big and then there's just plain silly. It's only me that needs to sleep in there, not an entire football team. Now the spa bath that I like. After slaving away cleaning this huge house and screaming at the top of my voice just so the kids can hear me, the spa bath will be a welcome retreat.
If I buy this house I'm going to have to have more kids to fill it. Urghhhh. At least there are plenty of schools nearby that I can send them off to and being in a cul de sac they can always play in the street and annoy the neighbours rather than me. Garden, good. There's grass and paving and a patio. What more do you really need. A pool would be nice I guess but at this price you will have to put that in yourself.
