Wholehearted recommendation

I was immediately impressed with Carolyn's proactive approach. Even before we signed an agency agreement, she used the opportunity to visit the property in person to quickly establish a caring relationship with the tenants. This allowed her to suggest options that would increase the chances that the tenants would be able to stay on in the apartment after the sale. This proved to be an important and heartfelt achievement for all parties. I found Carolyn to be approachable, positive and knowledgeable at each stage of the selling process. She was easily contactable and touched base regularly despite her workload. Her database of potential purchasers made finding a sale quick and painless.
