Great local market knowledge, absolute amazing service and outcome!

I approached 3 agencies while thinking about selling our home. 2 agencies pitch and proposal were basically the same. They were lovely, but gave me local market information that I already knew and didn't really explain to me how they were going to sell MY home. There was not really anything unique about their approach. I met with Adam, he had a brief chat with me to understand my position and then identified any concerns or questions I needed addressed. He gave me advise on some quick and easy fixes/add-ons I could do with the house to make it more attractive (Which made a huge difference). He discussed barriers that may come up from potential buyers and exactly how he would overcome those barriers. He kept in regular contact every step along the way. He reached out to potential suitable buyers during the weeks leading up to the house going on the market, and made sure he had a good turn out on the day. Adam sold the home on the first open home to buyers that he had given a heads up to and lined up weeks prior to the house going on the market (Not just randoms that rocked up on the day) and he achieved above the advertised price. Adam is an extremely passionate agent and puts in the work. I have sold multiple properties over the past 5-6 years and worked with many agents, I can comfortably say Adam is one of the best and I could not recommend him more.
