Key turn over issues

So far everything is going well. Communication is good. They fix issues in the property very quick. I had issue with the NBN back up battery and it was fixed on the same day. I was impressed. Just one thing that I did not like was when I went to their office to pick up the keys at the start of the lease. It was my mistake to not check the key properly when they handed it to me at that time. I checked the key as soon as I got out of their office and there was a broken rubber button on one of the fob. I returned to their office immediately maybe in 10 minutes to show it to them. They told me that it looked like someone ripped it out and they could not replace it. They also showed me a picture of the which showed it was in good condition. It only cost me $20 to get it replaced which I don’t mind. I just didn’t like it because I was being honest with them and expected they could help me. Otherwise, I am happy with the property and they have been very helpful with the other issues.
