Fantastic Agency - Highly Recommended!

We rented through Century 21 Harbourside for almost four years and felt they were amazing managing agents. Right from the start, Megan responded to my rental enquiry, and then reviewed and approved our application, far quicker than any other agency we have dealt with. This efficiency continued right throughout our tenancy - any time we had a query or needed something repaired, Megan responded and made arrangements so quickly. We were very happy renting through Megan & Century 21 Harbourside and really hope our future agents will be as good! Sadly the apartment was listed for sale, however the listing was through Fay at Century 21 Harbourside and she was also a pleasure to deal with and tried to make a stressful time as easy as possible. Fay stayed in touch throughout the sales campaign to provide us updates, and also tried to give us as much notice as possible before we had to move out which we really appreciated. We were very impressed by Megan, Fay and Century 21 Harbourside in general - we would love to rent through them again in future and would highly recommend them to all renters and owners looking for property management or sales assistance!
