Very happy with the service and outcome!

Being a foreign resident, I was concerned if I could manage my home as rental property but I was very impressed the way Century 21 managed it for 14 years. Davin use to regularly send me market updates for years thus made me decide it was the right time to sell. When I made a decision to sell it and I couldn’t have thought of anyone else but had to be Century21. The house needed lot of renovations but Davin took the project management of all the task and I must say that I couldn’t have done as good a job, if I was in the city personally. All the advices he gave was cost effective and increased the value of the property on much higher proportion. He and his team did the best job in marketing and chasing each and every prospective buyers and keeping me updated regularly. Finally I was very happy to see that they managed to sell it quickly at a record high in the complex.
