My dealings were mainly with Mel & the receptionist and both were very friendly helpful & efficient

Mel is very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and phone calls, txt messages and emails were responded to quickly. I lovely surprise was the little gift pack when receiving my keys. That's a super lovely and thoughtful touch as "renters" are important too not just "buyers". Awesome experience would definately recommend Century 21 Maddies Hermans !!
