Greeting, organisation, regard for current tenant's possessions, friendly persoality, excellent

Mel greeted us at inspection, checked name, and had a high regard for the current tenant's possessions. She advised the other clients, how to apply. I am grateful to Mel, my application was prepared on 2Apply prior to my inspection. I submitted my application, 30 minutes after the inspection. Mel showed me that she was a solid professional, clarifying my application because of my circumstances. When I viewed this unit, I could envisage myself living there and making it my home. Mel is such a busy person, but a call or clarification was never a problem. I would say she is one of the best, outstanding. The office staff were great when I paid bond and two weeks rent. I would recommend Century 21 Maddie Hermans for property management in the Peninsula Area.
