Above and beyond expectation

My partner and I have recently moved into our second rental property with Maddies Hermans and we would be reluctant to rent through any other realestate agency. Moving into our first rental property with Maddies Hermans was so quick and easy and they give you a thoughtful little bag of goodies/essentials when moving in. We moved into the first property knowing that it was potentially going to sell and it did. The whole process of renting a property while it’s on the market was a little annoying for us as I suppose it would be for anyone with all the open home viewings for potential buyers. I realistically could not have expected any better from the team in regards to making it as easy as possible for us while trying to do the best for the property owner to sell the property. Maddies Hermans were amazing with finding us our next rental property once the house we were in had sold. Moving is stressful no matter what and we only had four days to move out which made it worse but we were offered help by the realestate team several times and that was extremely reassuring for us. We locked ourselves out of our new home while moving and called Josh from the Maddies Hermans team who came around well after hours to assist and for that we were beyond grateful as I’m pretty sure it’s not his job to do that and he could have said no, call a locksmith but he didn’t, he went out of his way to help us. Theses guys are as good as a realestate agency could possibly get in my opinion.
