Excellent Experience

Our Agent Melissa was so lovely to deal with. As we are living interstate currently, Mel offered to Facetime us so that we were able to view the property, via a virtual inspection. Following the inspection, Mel provided the relevant link to apply and followed up with advice which helped make the rental process easy to understand and very efficient. That same day, we were phoned by Mel to advise we had been successful with our application. It was fantastic. In the following days, Donna helped us so much with the rental and bond processes. Nothing was ever a problem, the customer service was outstanding.
