Couldn't be happier.

We had been trying to sell our property for a number of years. It was a unique property with lots of pluses and some minuses. Other agents were quick to point out the negatives and use them as excuses for not getting results. Maddie never focused on the negatives, she only highlighted the positives. She was quick to turn any negative comment into a positive. The property was only listed with her for 4 days and she had a potential buyer interested. The sale was completed in less than 48 hours. Her negotiation skills were fabulous. We knew we would have to drop our price but Maddie negotiated an acceptable price for us. To put icing on the cake when it came time to put our signatures on the final contract she had obtained a little bit more. She certainly works hard for her sellers. We were informed at every stage through to settlement. She is totally professional. I like the way she is training up young people in her industry but when the "real selling and negotiations" were happening she handled these personally.
