Sold, Exchanged, Exceeded Price Expectation in Just 6 Days!!!

I cannot recommend Nick highly enough. 6 days was all it took for Nick and his team to secure us a buyer, get us a price that exceeded our expectation and get contracts exchanged. Before the property hit the market Nick helped us with advice on how to best present the property through styling, repairs needed and other tips we would not have thought of without him.
