We have been very happy indeed with the experience of renting out our home via Century21 in Maroochydore. The team are professional, engaged, timely and communicative Aimee came round to assess the rental market value of the home and patiently answered unending questioning from unashamedly nervous home-owners and worked very hard during the marketing period to identify the best quality tenants. She proactively declined applications she thought had potential to be less than great and completed quality reference and finance checks on those she was happy to submit to us. Once we had a tenant and they had moved in smoothly, Sherill took over as Property Manager and again was "on it" immediately. All correspondence from Sherrill was clear, concise; we were never left waiting for a response. No doubt our experience was more than satisfactory by virtue of having really good quality tenants, but we are happy with and grateful to Century21 for finding them and guiding us through the whole process seamlessly.
