Great interactions at the start but disappointing overall

Aimee has been wonderful to deal with throughout, but unfortunately the property was incorrectly advertised (air con was a property feature but there is no air con); the staff at the inspection were unhelpful and dismissive; there were errors in our Lease agreement; and we have only been provided one copy of the key to our apartment complex. When we raised these issues three separate times over email, we received no response whatsoever (it has now been more than a week since the initial email was sent). We are hoping that all parties can come to the table to rectify these fairly signification issues.
