Expertise and organised

We were seeking a new property manager when I was about 3-days short of having our third child, so the fact that Ane from Century21 on Duporth made a point of reaching out, and also following up on email made it an easy choice for me. Having someone who was organised, professional and understanding of our other personal demands was so refreshing. We are first time landlords and Ane went through everything in such detail, providing advice in a very non-pushy way. We had a page full of questions and didn’t need to ask any of them because she was so thorough. We have been renters ourselves and have had lots of not-so-great experiences with property managers. Now we are on the other side as owners of a previously rented property, which was poorly managed for 5yrs and left in a very bad state. We are very pleased with the experience so far, and I have faith that our new property management team is a good fit for us.
