11 years of solid, reliable, professional representation of my property by C21 Maroochydore.

I ve been a landlord with C21 for 11 years with the same tenant for 10 years. The period has gone smoothly and I ve been extremely satified with C21 s representation. Ive just had my 3rd tenant signed up and finding the right tenant is a stressful prospect for a landlord but with the Leasing agent Maraeka the process was thorough and professional. Maraeka had been my rental agent previously and I felt confident in her knowledge of the market and the efficiency and thoroughness in which a tenant was found . I was constantly kept informed of the process and my enquiries were quickly responded to. 5 stars also to my current rental agent Rositta who hasn t missed a beat in the 3mths she s been my property manager. Im very grateful for her approachability, efficiency and diligence especially recently with my need to access the exterior of the property several times for maintenance and the investigation of the aircon system. She has been a very efficient liason between the tenant and myself and the tradesmen engaged. Once again the communication style and frequency has been faultless. On occasion Ive needed to ring their office or call in and another 5 stars to Bonnie the receptionist, an excellent ambassador for the agency - pleasant, professional and efficient where nothing is too much trouble.
