Staff are friendly and helpful, just a bit too hurry to move

Agent staff try to answer and help me a lot about move in. The house hasn’t been checked and fixed properly before moving me in. It’s better to have a bit more days to check and fix the problems than letting me find it out when I start living in and find the problem and ask for help. It’s understandable that agent want to care for owner’s benefit, but to the tenant, our benefit isn’t important too? A few days time to fully fix house problems will cause the lost of rent, but it shows the care and responsibility of an agent should give to the customer, either the owner and the tenant.
